We are heading towards the elections for the political party to govern the country. November this year ... so there is lots of marketing, promotion and information about how to get on the electoral role ... hence this motorised, passenger carrying billboard.Victoria Street, Mercer Street intersection .. next to the Wellington City Library

Voting isn’t compulsory in NZ, is it? I am a big supporter of compulsory registration at least!
you're right ..voting is not compulsory ... neither is enrollment ... but if you wish to vote you must be enrolled on the Electoral Roll for your voting area
