The Government face of Wellington ... Parliament, The Beehive, No.1 The Terrace, The Reserve Bank ... and on it goes
The 'beehive' reminds "Louis" of the City of London building that looks like a pickle - though MANY suggest another, similarly-shaped (ahem) object....

What an interesting contrast in building styles!

Great photo. I too like the mix of buildings but I especially like the shadows. Makes the whole scene much more dramatic.
