One man digging a hole ... with a {w}hole lot of support ... management theory in action or is that "inaction"

jajajaja do you know what is so funny? well when you see the sign, this say "men at work" sign, you can imagine some people working, but the sign is totally exact when say one men working, the rest of them are looking the landscape.
